El camino en coche ha sido un infierno... El tráfico es horrible y los adelantamientos ni en la F1. 2 horas para recorrer 40km. El viaje en barco...que decir, como sardinas en lata y como te toquen familias de la India (la de verdad)... Respeto cero

Well organized which is necessary in the chaos of Padangbai harbor. Boat trip out to the Gili islands worked great. However on return trip we had to pay harbor tax and an extra fee for a small boat to take us out a bit to sea as the tide was low. We then changed boat at sea. These extra charges were not specified at the time of booking. We were shuttled back to to Canggu which was appreciated and something we were originally told was not possible. However the trip was very slow due to traffic.

A mí me pareció que todo estaba muy bien organizado, te recogen en el hotel, te trasladan en una furgoneta, eso sí es un vehículo compartido no como en las excursiones, y te dejan en el puerto de Padanbai en un bar próximo allí te dan los tickets y las indicaciones y luego te acompañan hasta el barco . Luego la travesía, pues depende del día, sales a mar abierto y el barco se mueve mucho pero yo que soy propenso a marearme no me mareé. Una cosa más en el barco te ofrecen pastillas para el mareo. Aceptable para ser Indonesia. El traslado hasta el puerto bien, a la hora de recogida acordada (y eso que nuestro conductor se lió un poco con el punto de recogida, cosa que nos puede pasar a cualquiera...). El contacto con la empresa de viajes, fácil y rápido. Se tomaron la molestia de comunicarse con nosotros en castellano. Lo del barco es harina de otro costal... hora y media de retraso sobre la hora de salida prevista, que era las 10... pero al menos habia sitio de sobra para ir dentro.

Si bien es cierto que los barcos no dependen de Civitatis y los puertos son un auténtico caos, la recogida y traslado al hotel fueron bien. Lo único que recomendaría es que las horas de salida de los barcos sí estén bien indicados ya que en nuestro voucher ponía que el barco salía a las 10.30 y al final salía a las 11.30, por lo que estuvimos muchísimo tiempo esperando de más sin necesidad.

La ida fue bien. Nos recogieron en el hotel a la hora acordada y nos llevaron a la oficina donde recogimos los tickets del barco express así como los de regreso. Lo único que nos pareció un poco caótico fue la acumulación de gente en el puerto así como la entrega y recogida de equipaje.
