Personale cordialissimo e gentilissimo, sorridente e attento. L’escursione prevede attività di snorkeling in 3 diversi punti strategici, tra i quali Manta Bay dove abbiamo avuto la fortuna di incontrare numerose mante con cui fare video e foto subacquee. No vinieron. Me quedé sin actividad y la actividad estaba confirmada. Perdí un día de mi luna de miel y además tuvimos que madrugar para ello. Ya no me quedaban más días, así que me quedé sin conocerlo y es una pena. Ha sido toda una decepción, sinceramente. Sólo espero que me devuelvan el dinero de una actividad no realizada, porque no me fío de la agencia (que me pidió cancelar la actividad) y de momento no tengo soluciones. Así que no pongo muy mal, porque no me dan la opción.

Nada recomendable. Para comenzar, nos quisieron cobrar un suplemento por recogernos en nuestro hotel de Jimbaran (cuando esa zona estaba incluida sin recargos según se indica en la descripción de la excursión). Nos recogieron a las 7:00 am, nos dejaron a las 7:20 en el puerto y hasta las 9:15 no salía el barco, es decir, casi dos horas de espera. La excursión consiste en unas dos horas aproximadas en una barca con motor llevándonos a 3 puntos para hacer snorkel. La comida muy escasa y simple.

Not at all recommended. To start, they wanted to charge us extra for picking us up from our hotel in Jimbaran (when that area was included without any extra charges, as indicated in the tour description). They picked us up at 7:00 a.m., dropped us off at the port at 7:20 a.m., and the boat didn't leave until 9:15 a.m., meaning we had to wait almost two hours. Desde nuestra salida de Ubud hasta nuestro regreso todos fueron facilidades. Tras el traslado en barco hasta Nusa nos llevaron a un lugar entre el manglar y en una barca salimos a hacer snorkel en 3 puntos: en el primero vimos más de 12 mantas raya muy grandes. Pudimos nadar a su lado y verlas muy cerca. La siguiente parada cuando mirabas al agua había un arrecife de coral increíble. Purtroppo causa mare mosso non abbiamo visto Manta Bay, che era uno dei punti forti, ma di certo non è colpa loro. Sarebbe stato interessante anche vedere Kelingking beach, must di Nusa Penida, ma non è previsto. Simpatici e disponibili al warung/centro snorkeling. Carino il giro in barca tra le mangrovie. E’ stata una gita fantastica per me e la mia famiglia. Tutto ben organizzato( nessun problema anche per chi parla poco l inglese come me), bravissimi gli operatori locali che ci hanno accompagnato nello snorkeling dove abbiamo visto le mante e pesci tropicali di ogni genere da vicinissimo. Super anche il fatto che non serviva portare niente, ci hanno fornito tutto il necessario: dagli asciugamani all attrezzatura e l acqua in bottiglia. Ottimo anche il pranzo. Lo consiglio a tutti. Después de llegar en ferry a Lembongan nos han llevado a la base de operaciones, nos han dado las aletas y chalecos Luego nos hemos subido a las embarcaciones (para 16) y nos han dado las gafas y tubos. Nuestro grupo familiar era de 14 con niños entre 2 y 15 años. Hemos disfrutado de tres inmersiones, sin incluir Manta Bay, por el estado del mar. La organización estuvo muy bien, teniendo en cuenta que utiizas cuatro medios de transporte, pero la actividad es justita, de los cuatro snorkels solo uno valió la pena, las otras tres ubicaciones fueron poco atractivas, además no vimos mantas raya. Comida al final y posobilidad de ducha y cambiarse. Mucho trajín para tan poco
