Nos recogieron puntuales en el hotel. Te dan botas para no macharte tu calzado. Nos dejaron practicar un poco y se adaptan a tu velocidad y habilidades. Estuvimos bastante tiempo por los caminos, no da la sensación de que se haga corto. Te hacen fotos y vídeos. Fue una experiencia impresionante, incluso para mí mujer que nunca había conducido ni una moto. Hay duchas y toallas para cuando terminas. La comida estaba bien. Muy divertidas las dos actividades, aunque nuestro guía en el quad no fue demasiado majo. Imprescindible realizar la actividad desde Ubud o más al norte, sino el trayecto e hace eterno por el tráfico. En los dos sitios se adaptan a tus peticiones. Muy bien organizado con posibilidad de cambiarte, ducharte al acabar y con comida incluida en los dos sitios

Nos lo pasamos pipa en ambas actividades! Fue genial. Para el quad íbamos con la idea de coger 4 e ir individual pero hace falta fuerza en los brazos y el recorrido no es fácil, por lo que al final decidimos coger dos y que los niños ( 11 y 9 años fueran con nosotros de paquetes. Quizás se les puede pedir que les dejen dar a los niños una vuelta de prueba en los recorridos circulares que son más fáciles. No se nos ocurrió. El rafting fue una pasada y muy refrescante! El único "pero" es que hay infinidad de escaleras para subir y bajar al río, y esto no consta, yo soy asmática y me hubiese gustado saberlo antes de ir! Organización perfecta desde la recogida del hotel a la hora indicada, la empresa muy atenta en que la excursión fuese de nuestro agrado además íbamos solo 2 personas y el guía muy simpático hicimos alguna parada en zona de cáscadas para sacarnos fotos que el mismo se ofreció a hacernos, el lugar donde nos llevaron a comer también podíamos ducharnos, comida sencilla pero muy buena y la vuelta al hotel a la hora indicada y en bus muy bien adaptado.

Puntualidad en recogida de hotel y inicio de actividad bien, comida aceptable pero debía indicarse que las bebidas se pagan aparte. Material aceptable pero los cascos nos venían grandes y no se podían regular. El guía simpático y profesional . Nosotros somos españoles y estaría bien que hubiera guías que supieran el español.

La actividad de los Quad muy sencilla, y era un circuito que le dabas las vuelta. El almuerzo dejaba mucho que desear. En el rafting la Actividad y el guia han sido una experiencia genial pero la comida a parte de haber poca variedad, la calidad muy mala y eso que a mi me encanta la comida Hindú. En general creo que para lo que se paga por la actividad podrian haber tenido mucho mejor servicio en estos aspectos.
