Tamblingan & Buyan Lakes Trek
At 9 am we'll pick you up from your hotel in Bali. From there we'll head inland to start our Tamblingan and Buyan Lakes Trek.
We'll start hiking through the unspoilt jungle surrounding Bali's volcanic mountains while learning curious facts about the local flora and fauna. We'll even walk inside the crater of a volcano to access some of the most incredible views of Lake Buyan.
After this trek through the giant ferns and wild orchids of Bali, we'll reach the shore of Lake Tamblingan. There, we'll board a canoe and paddle to the opposite side of the lake to continue the trekking route. It'll be well worth the effort when we reach the Banyumala Waterfall, a spectacular cascade where we can enjoy a well-deserved dip.
Finally, we'll visit the home of a local family, where we'll enjoy a delicious lunch of typical Balinese dishes. We'll also have the opportunity to taste the most expensive coffee in the world: Kopi Luwak. Do you know what's so special about this coffee? It's related to an animal known as the civet!
After the coffee tasting, we'll get back in the vehicle and drive you back to your hotel, where we will arrive at 5 pm.
