We'll meet at 8 am at Jl. Raya Pujung Kaja, where our yoga class in Ubud will take place. Ready to relax and discover the most spiritual side of this Indonesian island?
After introductions, we'll go to a terrace surrounded by greenery and get comfortable. The instructor will hand out the mats and we'll begin to follow their instructions. Little by little, we'll relax our minds and bodies while we practice various yoga postures immersed in a spectacular natural environment.
Do you know all the health benefits of yoga? It reduces stress, lowers your heart rate and improves concentration, just to name a few. After the hour-long class, you'll notice how your energy is renewed, an experience you'll never forget!
We'll end the yoga class at the entrance of the premises, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast on your own. See you next time!
